Short bio (~50 words)

His work focuses on Agentic Infrastructure Architecture: the discipline of designing systems where AIs can operate with autonomy without taking authority over their own limits.

Long bio (~150 words)

Bruno Bracaioli is an Agentic Infrastructure Architect and builds the infrastructure that lets AI run companies. He is the creator of AISAC and of the Governed Agentic Workloop concept, and the author of the Workloop Spec — the specification that formalises how AI systems can hold autonomy inside their loops while every externally effecting action crosses a deterministic gate defined by the organisation. Founder of B2Tech, member of the Anthropic Partner Network, Meta Tech Provider and Google for Startups, he is certified by Anthropic as Claude Certified Architect — Professional (CCAR-P), Claude Certified Architect — Foundations (CCAR-F) and Claude Certified Developer — Foundations (CCDV-F). He keeps MCP servers and products in production — among them UltronChat.ai, GitMon.io and AI Brain — and created the Claude Code Architect, Codex Architect, ClaudePrep and Claude Operator trainings. The Workloop Spec is public under CC BY 4.0 and registered with a DOI, and AISAC gathers the community of people who build and operate these systems.

Themes

Official speaking themes

  • From AI that answers to AI that operates

Why the next phase of AI inside companies is not answering better, but running whole processes under governed autonomy.

  • Agentic Infrastructure

What has to exist — memory, tools, policies, gates — for AI agents to work inside a real organisation.

  • Governed Agentic Workloops

The operating model that separates the autonomy to think from the authority to act — and how to specify it.

  • Companies operated by AI

What a company looks like once marketing, content, analytics and operations are executed by agents under governance.

  • Probabilistic autonomy. Deterministic governance.

The thesis behind AISAC and the Workloop Spec, presented to leaders deciding where AI may and may not act on its own.
